Case Study

 

This case is applicable in optoelectronic industry. There are 4 sets of regressive thermal oxidizers with zeolite adsorber, including 8 sets of zeolite adsorber, 4 sets of regressive thermal oxidizer, 4 sets of the systems with heat exchanger, as well as incinerator windmill and other relevant instrumentation and control engineering.
We apply dual rotor design for each set of the system. Each set can process 100,000 CMH and is able to substitute one another, making it very convenient and efficient.
ACTIVE has applied 3 of its patented technology in the systems provided, including

  • Zeolite concentrator that avoids leak of air, ensuring the air tightness for the system.
  • The temperature-controllable combustion engine is built for fuel efficient.
  • The air-tightness structure for the ventilation of the heat-regressive thermal oxidizer system is designed to efficiently lower the frequency of replacing the materials due to constant ventilation switch
